Christmas Wrap Up!

2016 is coming to an end, and what a year it has been! Preparations are underway for the New Year's registration period; we are looking forward to beginning another exciting season in the coming months.

This year, our club has been fortunate to receive first place in both the 9-10s and 11-12s teams sections, plus second place in the seniors teams section, and sixth place in ladies.

We had 5 of our members receive zone marching awards, and 23 receive invitations to compete at the WZ Grand Final.

At the Grand Final, our members were awarded 13 places, three of whom won their section. Our very own Nicole Suffling was awarded the Senior Champion trophy, followed by the Champion of Champions award.

Overall, our club placed first in the Club Championship, receiving the title: 2016 Club Champions.

On Tuesday, 13th December, the St Marys-Mt Druitt Star published an article about our club's achievements. You can view the article below:

After seeing the article in the local paper, Tanya Davies MP (Member for Mulgoa) sent us this lovely letter congratulating us on our club's achievements. What an honour!

We wish you all a safe and happy holiday season and are looking forward to sharing another exciting year with you all!
