Head Teachers

Kim Lotter                                                         

Our clubs Principal, Kim, was a founder of Erskine Park Physie in 2010. Over the last 16 years, she has taught all age groups with immense success including the coaching of several age champions and champion teams. Kim uses her expertise as a PDHPE teacher to help members be the best they can be. She competes in the highly competitive Division 1 Ladies section. In 2026, Kim will be team teaching the 5-8 Years, Teenagers, Seniors and Ladies classes with her sister Lauren. 

Lauren Nowacki                                      

Lauren was a founder of Erskine Park Physie in 2010. Over the last 16 years, she has taught all age groups with immense success including the coaching of several age champions and champion teams. Lauren competes in the top-level Division 1 Ladies section and was awarded 3rd place at our inaugural Grand Final in 2023. As a primary school teacher, she brings her skill set working with young children and helping them achieve their goals. In 2026, Lauren will be team teaching the 5-8 Years, Teenagers, Seniors and Ladies classes with her sister Kim.

Carolyn Tom                                          

Carolyn is a highly-valued member of our club. She has a long history of physie experience as both a competitor, physie mum and teacher. Carolyn competes in the Open Ladies section and was awarded 3rd Place in the inaugral United Physie Grand Final in 2023. In 2026 she will be teaching our 3-4s and our 9-12 Year age groups.

Vanessa Tom                                      

Vanessa is a highly regarded member of our club. She was our 2024 Senior Club & Marching Champion. Vanessa competes in the prestigious Division 1 Seniors section and was awarded 5th place at our inaugural Grand Final in 2023. She brings her immense talent to assisting our 9-12 years reach their full potential.
