How exciting! The new Physie year is less than two weeks away! Now is the perfect time to start getting back into the swing of things. First thing's first: Packing your bag for Physie class!
While you might want to wait until the day of class to add items like your water bottle, there are some things you can start getting ready now:
Depending on your personal needs, other items for older Physie girls may include: a foam roller, sweat towel, stretch mat, strapping tape, personal medications or panadol, heat/cold pack.
Don't forget, if you have to wait around for other family members' classes, it's a good idea to pack a snack and maybe a book to read (or homework)!
