Active Kids Vouchers

By applying for the Service NSW Active Kids voucher, you can receive TWO x $100 vouchers to use at Erskine Park Physie for your school-aged child! The first voucher is redeemable from January-December, and the second voucher from July-December.

Redeeming at Erskine Park Physie

Simply print out, or email your voucher/s to wzerskinepark@hotmail.com, detailing the applicants voucher number, full name (including middle initial) and date of birth.
